Located in the heart of The Sunshine Coast, just north of Brisbane and south of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, at The Ginger Factory, The Buderim Ginger Cooking School brings together the best of Queensland produce with expert instruction and delivers to you a world of culinary insights … and so much more than ginger.

The comprehensive program offers lots of variety and something for everyone including:

• Classes for all skill levels:  Absolute beginner or more accomplished in the kitchen, every class offers individual attention so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to build professional skills and master challenging culinary techniques.

The fully hands-on format ensures that you’ll be involved every step of the way to plan, prepare and present meals for all occasions regardless of your skill level.

• Seasonal classes that make the most of the finest ingredients that are easily accessible in the local area.  Seasonal classes introduce variety to common themes with menus that change to suit the time of year and current food trends.
• Specialist Series classes with a comprehensive focus on a specific theme that gives you the opportunity to really indulge your passion for cooking.
• Regular special events and deluxe classes which showcase celebrity chefs in exclusive classes.
